La Posada

As always, food from Posada is tasty. Yes, they sometimes are a bit off - as are most restaurants (cant be perfect every day). Today, part of my meal was missing. I called the restaurant and told them and was told they would send it over. Honestly, I did not think they would - it was such a small item (an order of maduros). Half hour later - surprise - I got them!!! The delivery guy was very nice and apologetic for the restaurant. I am impressed. Stuff happens!

Great food with fast and efficient customer service. Right after i ordered they called to let me know they were out of stock of a drink and asked if I'd like to substitute it. Very friendly and great burritos!

Guacamole was too salty, in my opinion, but that could have been just the day I ordered. Otherwise everything was excellent and came super fast.

La Posada has excellent authentic Mexican food. They have great delivery and always on time. I love their food!

So.... my first time ever issue - but resolved to my complete satisfaction. First, my order was delayed due to the delivery person not knowing where to deliver! I tried talking to him to no avail - language barrier issue - and then after a few phone attempts, he hung up on me, then did not answer my call at all. I called the restaurant and spoke to someone (I believe his name was Allen), who was polite and said he would find out what was going on. He tried calling the delivery person, who at first, did not respond to his call either - and then the delivery person insisted the food was delivered. I checked with my office and no one knew about the food! I was frustrated and so I proceeded to contact Seamless Customer Care via chat to request a stop payment for this order. They were in the process of getting my information when I was called about a food order for me - over an hour later after it was expected. Not only was the delivery person super nice and very apologetic (thank you so much), but the restaurant resent me a fresh order! I cancelled my refund request with Seamless and called the restaurant to thank Allen for sending the food. Kudos to him - thats how to do business! As far as the first delivery person is concerned, if he is hired by Seamless - he should be fired or learn how to deal with the public. He was annoyed and didnt understand English and couldnt be bothered with getting the order delivered. God only knows what he did with the food! Customers spend alot of money for good food and good service and deserve to get what they pay for. Thank you, Allen, for being a stand-up guy!

Always have a great eating experience when I order from them. Good food and the delivery time is very fast, literally ordered the food and had it at my door in 9 minutes, crazy right? Carne Asada Super Burrito is my "Go To" meal. The Mexican Pizza and Quesadilla's are on point also. And if you visit or call, ask them for their dessert that I believe is called Bonuelos, it's these fried chips that are covered in cinnamon and honey that are a great treat! I've put others on to this spot and never had a complaint.

Coming from Southern California, I often find it difficult to get good Mexican food in NY. La Posada is probably the closest I've found to Baja style Mex in this neighborhood. Great burritos, enchiladas, and fresh salsa. Our food always arrives quickly - before their quoted time. Muy Bueno!

everything was perfect except for the fact that the guy came WAY earlier than expected so keep that in mind because I was a few blocks away from the house when the delivery guy came so I felt bad about him waiting in the cold

Love this place! It's my go to! Delivery is always pretty punctual and the portions are huge! Be aware of the salsa! It's really spicy which I personally like but it can catch you off guard if you aren't expecting it!
